JCB 3CX safety boots are desgined with comfort in mind, They provide hiking boot comfort with the safety requirements needed for most work environments. A nubuck water resistant upper means they will have been designed to last, with a breathable lining to help reduce heat and retain comfort. They are lightweight compared to the more traditional looking work boots but retain a steel midsole, and anti-static grippy outer sole. The dual density construction of the outersole also helps reduce impact and cushion uneven ground adding to stability of the wearer. They are also available in larger UK sizes up to a size 13
S3 - All the properties of S2 plus a nail plate providing a puncture resistant sole This provides adequate protection against the penetration of sharp objects through the sole of the footwear by incorporating a steel midsole. This level of protection is necessary for most construction/building work where there is a risk from sharp objects such as nails, glass, metal, wire or tacks. This includes all trades that work on construction sites such as builders, carpenters, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, bricklayers and labourers.
